SHIPPING TIME

Please note that on average we need 3 to 5 business days to process your order before we ship it. Rest assured that we will do everything in our power to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time is between 7 and 10 business days depending on your country or region. Please note that holidays, natural disasters or pandemics may affect delivery times.

FOR PRE-ORDERED OR BACK-ORDERED ITEMS

If your order contains a pre-order or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have in stock immediately and ship the pre-ordered or back-ordered items immediately when we have them available. So if you have ordered more than one item and only receive part of your order, don't worry, you will receive the other items shortly after.

PURCHASE FEE

Order cancellation: If your order is shipped and cannot be modified, you can refuse the package and 10% of the product price will be charged as a cancellation fee. The customer is also responsible for the return shipping costs of 50€. Beny will provide a return label and the assigned transport company will collect the return package.

Authorized returns of defective items within 15 days of receipt are exempt from the restocking fee. Our customer service department must be notified as soon as possible.

*Please note: We do not accept returns for accessories that are not quality issues.

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message if you provided a mobile number, with a tracking ID and a link to track your package. To track your package, please visit our tracking page and wait 1 to 3 business days for the tracking information to appear.

DISCLAIMER FOR INCORRECT ADDRESSES

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window of opportunity to correct an incorrect shipping address.
