Overview of delivery options

Benyshop offers the ideal shipping method for every requirement. Whether cheap via DHL/standard parcel post, faster via DHL Express (Germany only) or UPS, or particularly reliable and safe via a specially trained shipping company. You can also pick up your order yourself from our shop if you wish. On this page you will find an overview of all available shipping methods.

For normally ordered items

Please note that on average we need 3 to 5 working days to process your order before we ship it. Rest assured that we will do everything in our power to get your order to you as quickly as possible!

Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is between 7 and 10 business days, depending on your country or region.

For pre-ordered or backordered items

If your order contains a pre-order or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have in stock immediately and ship the pre-ordered or back-ordered items immediately when we have them available.

So if you ordered more than one item and only receive part of your item, don't worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.

Please note that holidays, natural disasters or pandemics may affect delivery times.

You will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS if you have provided a mobile number, with a tracking ID and a link to track your package. To track your package, you can visit our tracking page. It takes 1 to 3 business days for the tracking information to appear.

Disclaimer for incorrect address:

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window of opportunity to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] if you believe you have provided an incorrect delivery address.

1. Cancellation of the order

  • Before delivery:

    There are no fees. Submit a ticket, and our team will contact you within 24 hours.

  • After shipping:

    Once your order has been shipped, changes are no longer possible. However, you can refuse the package upon delivery. Please note that BENY charges a fee of €100 to cover shipping, handling and labor costs. BENY will provide you with a return label and the assigned shipping company will pick up the package for you.

    Alternatively, customers can also return the goods themselves.

  • For buyers who choose to pick up at the warehouse:

    You are welcome to inspect the goods in our warehouse before you pick them up. If there is no problem with the goods and you do not pick up the goods after inspection, we will charge a labor fee of €6.

    Once you have confirmed the condition of the product and picked it up at the counter, you can exchange it but you cannot return it.

*The money for the goods will be refunded within the time limits established by the applicable legislation.

 

2. Change of order

  • Before shipping:

    Changes can be made at no additional cost. Contact us at [email protected] to proceed.

  • After shipping (but before receipt):

    Contact us at [email protected] to attempt modifications, although success cannot be guaranteed.

3. Product Replacement & Return

  • In case of product defects:

    Beny provides technical support in solving problems and supplies the necessary spare parts and covers all repair costs.

  • For damage during transport:

    If the package arrives with transport damage that affects functionality, customers can refuse the package or contact customer service to resolve missing or severely damaged parts and a free replacement or return will be organized.

  • To help us diagnose the problem, photos or videos must be presented as proof.

* Definition of Severe Damage: Any significant structural deformation that prevents normal operation.

Exclusions from free replacement or refund:

  • Slight damage to the packaging.
  • Small scratches on the product.
  • A product configured or branded according to your specifications.
  • The product was purchased from a third party seller.

FAQs

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

You can check the delivery status in real time by visiting our order tracking page and entering your order number. We will notify you if there are any delays.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

We offer delivery services on some public holidays, depending on the local logistics company's operation. The system will automatically display the available delivery dates at checkout.

Do you deliver to my postcode?

You can enter your postal code at the checkout page to verify whether we can deliver to your area. We are constantly expanding our coverage to serve more customers.

Is the delivery time the same in different areas of Germany?

Delivery times can vary across different regions in Germany. Typically, urban areas and locations closer to major logistics hubs may experience faster delivery, while rural or remote areas may take slightly longer. You can check the estimated delivery time for your specific location during checkout.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

In most cases, a signature is required to confirm receipt of the package, especially for high-value items. However, some couriers may allow alternative options, such as leaving the package in a safe place or with a neighbor if you're unavailable.

return and exchange conditions

All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of product receipt.

Authorized returns of defective items within 15 days of receipt are exempt from the return fee. Our customer service must be informed as soon as possible.

Please note: We do not accept returns for accessories that do not have quality issues.
