1. Order cancellation

Before shipping:
No fees. Submit a ticketand our team will contact you within 24 hours.

After shipping:
If you wish to cancel an order after it has been dispatched, a handling fee of 10 % will be charged. In addition, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs of 50 €. Beny will provide a return label and an appointed carrier will collect the package. Alternatively, customers can arrange the return themselves.

2. Order change

Before shipping:
Changes can be made at no additional cost. Contact us at [email protected]to continue.

After shipping (but before receipt):
Contact us at [email protected]to attempt changes, but success cannot be guaranteed.

After delivery:
If changes are required after delivery, please refer to the return policy. The return shipping costs of €50 per set are at the customer's expense and a restocking fee of up to €10 may apply. For assistance, contact [email protected].

3. Product Repair & Return

In case of product defects:
Beny provides technical support to resolve the issues and provides the necessary spare parts, covering all repair costs.

In case of transport damage:
Beny provides spare parts and covers all costs associated with repairs.

Free spare parts and returns:
If the package arrives with transport damage that affects functionality, customers can refuse to accept it or contact customer service to report missing or severely damaged parts. Free replacement parts or returns will be organized.

To assist in diagnosing the problem, photos or videos must be submitted as evidence.

*Definition of serious harm:
Any significant structural deformation that prevents normal operation.

Exclusions from free replacement or refund:

  • Minor damage to the packaging.
  • Small scratches on the product.
  • Products configured or branded to your specifications.
  • Products purchased from a third party seller.

4. Return & Exchange Conditions

All returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product. The original packaging and shipping materials are required. Products must be returned in their original, undamaged condition, including all items (solar panel, micro inverter, brackets, etc.).

For non-quality-related returns, a restocking fee of 10 % will be charged, as well as a return shipping fee of 50 € per set. If the customer organizes the return themselves, the shipment must be confirmed by signature. Purchasing shipping insurance is highly recommended. Beny is not liable for any damage, loss or other problems that occur with self-organized returns.

5. Returning an item

To return an item, you will need a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Beny does not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. You can request an RMA form by contacting us by phone or email.

1) Obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

All returns must have an RMA number in order to be processed. Contact Beny at [email protected] for assistance.

2) Write the RMA number on the shipping label on the outside of the package.

RMA numbers should be clearly marked on the return label of each package returned to Beny. Do not write the RMA number on the box itself. Packages without an RMA number on the return label cannot be accepted by our warehouse.
