Delivery Options Overview

Benyshop offers ideal shipping methods for any requirement. Be it low priced through DHL/Standard Parcel Post, more quickly via DHL Express (Germany only) or UPS, or especially reliable and secure by a specifically trained freight forwarder. And in addition you can also pick up your order yourself at our Shop if you prefer. On this page you´ll find an overview of all available shipping methods.

Shipping Time

For Normally Ordered Items

Please note that we require 3 to 5 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible!

Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 7 to 10 business days.

For Pre-ordered or Back-ordered Items

If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available.

So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don’t worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.

Please consider any holidays, natural disasters or pandemics may impact delivery times.

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package you can visit our Tracking Page.Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.

Wrong Address Disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Exchange or Return of Goods

1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment:

    No fees apply. Submit a ticket, and our team will contact you within 24 hours.

  • After Shipment:

    Once your order has been shipped, changes are no longer possible. However, you can refuse the package upon delivery. Please note that BENY charges a return fee of €100 to cover shipping, handling and labor costs. BENY will provide you with a return label and the contracted shipping company will pick up the package for you.

    Alternatively, customers can choose to handle the return themselves.

  • For buyers who choose to collect from the warehouse:

    You are welcome to inspect the goods in our warehouse before accepting them. If there is no problem with the goods and you do not collect the goods after inspection, we will charge a labor fee of €6.

    Once you have confirmed the condition of the product and collected it from the counter, you can exchange it, but not return it.

*The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation.

 

2. Order Modification

  • Before Shipping:

    Modifications can be made at no additional cost. Contact us at [email protected] to proceed.

  • After Shipping(but before receipt):

    Contact us at [email protected] to attempt modifications, although success cannot be guaranteed.

3. Product Replacement & Returns

  • For Product Defects:

    Beny will provide technical assistance to resolve any issues and supply necessary replacement parts, covering all repair costs.

  • For Damages During Shipping:

    If the package arrives with shipping damage that impacts functionality, customers can refuse the package or contact customer service to address missing or severely damaged parts. Free replacements or returns will be arranged.

  • To assist us in diagnosing the issue, photos or videos must be submitted as evidence.

* Definition of Severe Damage: Any significant structural deformation that prevents normal operation.

Exclusions from Free Replacement or Refund:

  • Minor damage to packaging.
  • Small scratches on the product.
  • Product that is custom configured or branded to your specifications.
  • Product purchased from a 3rd party retail partner.

FAQs

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

You can check the delivery status in real time by visiting our order tracking page and entering your order number. We will notify you if there are any delays.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

We offer delivery services on some public holidays, depending on the local logistics company's operation. The system will automatically display the available delivery dates at checkout.

Do you deliver to my postcode?

You can enter your postal code at the checkout page to verify whether we can deliver to your area. We are constantly expanding our coverage to serve more customers.

Is the delivery time the same in different areas of Germany?

Delivery times can vary across different regions in Germany. Typically, urban areas and locations closer to major logistics hubs may experience faster delivery, while rural or remote areas may take slightly longer. You can check the estimated delivery time for your specific location during checkout.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

In most cases, a signature is required to confirm receipt of the package, especially for high-value items. However, some couriers may allow alternative options, such as leaving the package in a safe place or with a neighbor if you’re unavailable.

Return & Exchange Conditions

All returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of product receipt.

Approved returns of defective items within 15 days of receipt are exempt from the restocking fee. Our Customer Service team must be notified as early as possible about this.

Please Note: We do not accept returns for accessories that are not quality problems.
